While the primary focus of CET is to enable trainees to enter the job market, the foundation for this is set through the Human Development program. Trainees begin developing necessary critical thinking skills that will promote success in the job market and beyond.

As the trainees progress towards program completion, more time is spent creating resumes, writing cover letters/business letters, practicing interview skills and searching/obtaining a job.
